MOJA participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) established under the National School Lunch Act, signed for by President Harry Truman in 1946. The NSLP is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and nonprofit private schools and residential care institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children each school day.
MOJA has partnered with Broward Junior Academy (BJA) , to provide healthy Vegetarian balanced meals five days a week and an assortment of snacks.
If you are interested, volunteers are always needed to help serve breakfast or lunch. You may contact the school office if you can lend a helping hand.
